About
Why we exist
How organisations hire and develop leaders, how they structure themselves as they grow, how they make decisions, manage performance, and hold culture together under pressure — these are the things that determine whether an organisation can deliver on its promise.
Across the sector, they have been consistently underinvested in.
Since 2017, we have worked with over 1,500 organisations across India and the broader region — building leadership pipelines, placing senior leaders into critical roles, redesigning organisational structures, and strengthening governance and people systems.
Our work spans three areas that have grown out of each other: leadership and talent, organisation building, and ecosystem-level strategy and research. What connects them is a simple premise — that who leads an organisation, how it is built, and what the wider ecosystem enables or constrains are not separate questions. They shape each other.

Who we work with
Over the years, Arthan has worked with organisations operating at scale — often through long-term engagements that evolve with organisational needs.

Our work
We are most often engaged when organisations are navigating growth, transition, or the need to rethink how they operate.

Senior hiring, leadership development, succession planning, and strengthening internal decision-making capacity. Strong leadership is central to organisational effectiveness — we help organisations build it deliberately.
Our journey
Arthan founded — focused on senior hiring for the social sector.
Expanded into organisation building and people systems advisory.
Launched ecosystem research and strategic advisory practice.
1,500+ organisations partnered across India and the region.
Arthan asked the questions our board hadn't — about leadership, culture, and the systems beneath them. That conversation reshaped how we hire, govern, and grow.
Eight years of working across all three is what allows us to see where they connect, and where they break down.

If you're navigating a leadership transition, an organisational reset, or a systems-level question — we'd like to hear from you.
